Our Mission
The Marisa Poster Kids 4 Kids Foundation brings together the energy, ingenuity, and compassion of fortunate youth to assist the less fortunate.
We are dedicated to supporting children of families facing hardship. Our focus centers on three fundamental areas: health, food, and education. Our capital benefits children stricken with a devastating illness because we recognize that kids should get back to being kids. Our funds provide supplemental breakfast and lunch programs because we recognize that no child should go to school hungry. Our resources furnish children with school supplies because we recognize that no child should start school without the essentials they need to learn and thrive.
Profile
Founded in 2009, the Marisa Poster Kids 4 Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) ruling from the IRS that exists entirely on public support and does not receive any federal or state grants or loans. Our organization is comprised of young adults from New York City who give their time and consideration selflessly. It showcases the power of young people to become agents of positive change in their communities as they provide service to other kids.
Our foundation was created in response to the need for a community support system that provides vital and timely assistance to children of families that unwittingly find themselves in crisis. As needs change, we are there to develop and implement new programs to support our youth and, in turn, support our future.
